Welcome to Our New Laboratory of Senses and Experiments
Our new exhibition is born from the desire to experiment. Can you imagine what happens when the Museum of Tomorrow joins forces with the SESI Lab in Brasília? What new ideas and possibilities emerge from this encounter? The answers are here, as you and each of our visitors interact. On June 21, get ready for this laboratory of senses, experiments and installations. At a time when the Museum of Tomorrow addresses the theme of intelligence and the importance of feeling in the construction of knowledge, this exhibition is a great invitation for visitors of all ages to taste, question, investigate, discover, associate and… invent!
1. Phenomena in the World
Discover interactive installations that explore physical, biological, chemical and social phenomena. This section offers a playful approach to understanding scientific concepts, sparking curiosity and wonder.
2. Learning by Doing
Here, science and experience meet action. Visitors are invited to get their hands dirty and learn through practice, acting in the present and interacting with the various installations.
3. Imagining Futures
This section encourages reflection on desirable futures. Through the dialogue between art, science and technology, visitors are encouraged to think about the world and our relationship with it, amid lights, colors, sounds, electrical circuits and cooperative games.
SESI Lab is a 100% interactive museum that connects art, science and technology. In our space, you can interact with different scientific concepts, natural and social phenomena. Through interactive installations, developed in partnership with Exploratorium, one of the world's leading interactive centers, located in California, our visitors can investigate phenomena, test new possibilities, learn by doing, reflect on new possibilities for the future and, most importantly, have fun!
