Open Source Art proposes a journey into the world of generative art, where the public is invited to delve into the intersection between programming language and artistic expression. This solo exhibition by artist-programmer Vamoss shows us how open source code can be manipulated to create images and ideas.
The exhibition, which has already delighted visitors at the ACT space at Sesc Tijuca in 2022 and at the Science Room at Sesc Madureira between June and September 2023, is now present at the Tomorrow's Activities Laboratory. Here, visitors have the chance to experience art in an interactive way, creating their own generative works and accessing the dynamism between order and chaos.
Open Source Art focuses on interactivity, inviting visitors to actively engage with the art. This interaction provides a deeper understanding of the relationship between art, technology, and society.
